For Regular Meetings, Closed session begins at 5:30 p.m. and open session starts at 7 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Start times for Special Meetings vary and will be available on the posted Agenda.

Per Board Policy CDC (LOCAL) all gifts or donations valued at $2,500 or more shall be accepted upon Board approval.
As part of the Consent Agenda, the following donations were accepted by the Board of Trustees during the May 23, 2024 Regular Board Meeting.
- Multiple Donors donated items and money valued at over $20,380 to go towards honoring Campus Teachers of the Year for 2023
- IN2 Architecture donated $13,253 to the Curriculum & Instruction Department
- Renaissance Learning donated $3,542.11 to the Curriculum & Instruction Department
- Imagine Learning donated $2,749.02 to the Curriculum & Instruction Department
- VLK Architects donated $2,500 to the Hall of Honor Program
